Low Calorie Healthy Food!

Here’s some low calorie options for snacks and dinner sides that will help you shed a little extra weight, and feel super healthy.


Dinner Sides can help you slide into a smaller size.

Looking for a yummy, healthy, low calorie options to add to your dinner? Asparagus, broccoli, and zucchini are all great suggestions. All low in calories, and pumped full of good vitamins, making them a perfect piece to your dinner table.


Garlic and onions are also low in calories, so you could sauté any of these veggies with them to make extra tasty without adding a ton of salt or butter.


Mushrooms are also not high in calories, and are a great addition to any meal. Try peppers, too! Have you read our blog about spicy food helping you lose weight


I’m sure you knew this one, but salads are an ideal options. But these leafs are the ones that have less calories. Try a mix of kale, romaine lettuce, and spinach. Red cabbage is even something you can toss in. If you’d like to nosh only on salads, check out our blog about some of the best!


Mid-Day Snack

Here’s some snacky-foods that you can eat throughout the day that are not high in calories.
Try eating a midday snack of carrots or sliced cucumbers. You know, bring your own veggie platter, with a yummy low-calorie dressing, and dip in those tomatoes and celery!

Dranks!

Coffee, tea, and hello.. of course.. water! These are all low calorie as well. Especially if you don’t add a boat-ton of sugar.
