Party snacks. Healthy ones. For any party with your frands.
Healthy party snacks. Good snacks to have when your pals come over. Here we’ll talk about snacks that are healthy, and we’ll list snacks that won’t be weird or yucky. I’m sure you’ve tasted those before, where someone is trying to be healthy and creative, and it’s just wrong.
Party Snack One
Crackers. They are thin, they are crunchy, they are salty. And they are always a hit. Fantastically, most crackers (read the labels yo) are also low in calories and always delicious. You can pair them with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese, and a smidgen drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette, or olive oil, or basil, or all three. (Blog coming soon about healthy salad dressing option). This makes them a little more filling so you can actually eat less of them.
Snack Two
Bread with little dipping sauces like olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette, and chopped whole garlic, is SUPER delicious. I know, I know it’s bread, but it’s so yummy. While I know bread can be heavy, you could always substitute with pita or tortilla. OR what you could do is also cut the bread into smaller pieces, so it feels like your eating more. Here’s another tip. Get the crunchy breads, like a baguette. When you chew and it has a crunch, it makes your brain register that your eating more, because you’re chewing more, so you actually eat less.
Snack Three
Never forget the power of guacamole. You could probably just serve that with spoons, and I would eat it. Oh Yea don’t forget the chips. While avocado can be considered fatty, it’s so rich in the healthy fats and vitamins that it’s pretty much worth it.
Snack Four
Fruit is always a win. Any kind and people will love it. I’m a hug fan of grapes. But I also love apples and cheese together. (Be sure to click and check out our blog about with fruits have less calories).
