It’s time for a change!
Is this the year for a change? If it’s change for the better, then the answer is YES. That being said, what are your goals for New Years? How can you follow through with them? If you’re looking to tone-up, shed some pounds, and get fit, you have make some choices that will help you stay on track. Let’s start with these 4 Easy tips to help you follow through for the long-haul.
1. Be Consistent
It does take time. Consistent time when it comes to weight loss. Perhaps this can be one of the most difficult things. You don’t start seeing results immediately. Maybe it takes about a week, or sometimes multiple to see anything happen. So you need mini-goals to keep you moving forward. Climbing one step at a time helps you be consistent.
2. Set Small Goals
Set for yourself small goals to help you reach the big ones. Once you reach one goal it will encourage you to hit your next mark. Setting and reaching smaller goals will help you be consistent and motivate you for more.
3. Be Motivated
Setting little, reachable goals helps you be consistent and motivated, but being motivated can at times be emotional. So you definitely need to find your community. Seek out that group of people who have the same goals as you. They can be your support. They can help nag (LOL) and motivate you when you need to get off your booty and get it dancin’. That’s why
Livestream is great, because it’s a community of people working together and supporting one another. It’s like immediately finding your squad with the best people, who all want to be healthier and happier. Find your dance squad = find your motivation.
4. Do it now
Go ahead and do what you need. Haven’t you heard the saying “Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also?” Well, if you don’t value/treasure it enough to do it now, your heart will not want to spend the time later. So don’t say, “Oh I’ll do it tomorrow…” Because if you do it now, you’re going to make the time you need to get your money’s worth. Am I right? Or am I right.
