Curb Your Cravings, Curve Your Curves! Read now to learn more…
Curb them? But I love snacks. Peanut M&Ms? My fave. Snickers? Yes please. Cheetos? You know it. Chips and guac? Every day. I can’t stop. It keeps me going, you know, throughout the day, it gives me a little pep. And it’s fun to share with frands at work, too.
Whoops!
I want to apologize if I’m making your stomach growl. But isn’t that the point? To get your attention on how easy it is to stir those cravings. How do we curve them when it’s our energy, and sometimes even our joy.
Food Rewarding.
Question: Do you do this? I don’t know, when you’re like super busy, but want to get the task done, and you finish it, but give yourself a food reward? Like for me, it’s Oreos. OOOOoo or a Coco-Cola. Um I’m sorry, but a Coca-Cola with a Double Double and fries at In-N-Out is my jam. Reward me with that any day. Okay, but nooo! Now I feel guilty. (Click for our blog about “Food Guilt”). And how am I supposed to curb these? Well something I’ve learned is you can’t always stop the belly needs, but you can replace the junk for healthier options.
Food Replacing.
Instead of Peanut M&Ms, why not a Kashi Bar? That Chocolate Almond Sea Salt with chia is dope. Snickers? An apple and peanut butter. Cheetos? What about The Laughing Cow cheese? Chips and guac? Well I can’t help you there. Guacamole is life. Please never replace the guac!!! But something I can offer is a choice that goes along side with the healthy yummies. It’s called Dance Fitness with Jessica, and it is not your ordinary cardio!
It’s exactly what your body needs to help you crave the right foods. You see, when your making muscles, you tend to crave protein, and of course, burn those cals, which helps you to get the tone you want, and be able to show off those curves. Jessica’s this pretty awesome gal who is a social media sensation, and now has all these great dance routines available. It’s a game changer for your body, because she does isolation work outs, which focuses on specific areas, buttox, tummy, arms. Eat all the guac and still get the shape you want. But maybe leave out the Cheetos 😉
